We may remove or restrict content or accounts at our discretion. Appeals can be submitted to customer@awared.co.
5. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non‑commercial purposes.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Use of paid features requires billing authorization. Subscription terms, renewals, and cancellations are shown at purchase.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
All purchases made through the Service are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances unless required by applicable law. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of your subscription period or for any previously charged amounts.
In jurisdictions where consumer protection laws mandate refund rights, those statutory rights shall apply and take precedence over this policy.
8. AI‑Generated Content
Users are solely responsible for content they generate.
By uploading content of real individuals, you confirm you have necessary legal permissions.
You must not:
• Create content resembling real persons without consent,
• Mislead others into thinking characters are real,
• Generate defamatory or NSFW depictions of real individuals.
We may remove any content that violates laws or rights.
8.1 User Liability
Users accept full responsibility for likeness‑based content and NSFW generation.
8.2 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Awared, SLU harmless for all claims arising from your generated content.
8.3 DMCA‑Style Takedown
Anyone may file a copyright/likeness complaint via profile report button or email customer@awared.co.
Content may be removed immediately pending verification.
8.4 Burden of Proof
Users must provide proof of rights if challenged.
Failure to do so may result in removal or account suspension.
9. Intellectual Property
All platform content is owned by Awared, SLU. Users are responsible for ensuring uploads do not violate third‑party rights.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. Some obligations survive termination.
11. Limitation of Liability
Awared, SLU is not liable for data loss, access breaches, third‑party misuse, or damages beyond $100 USD or the amount paid.
12. Governing Law
This agreement is governed under Hong Kong (HKSAR) law. Tier‑1 consumer rights apply accordingly.
13. Unforeseen Situations
We are not responsible for force‑majeure disruptions such as outages, disasters, or regulatory actions.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update Terms with notice. Continued use signifies acceptance.
