- Approximate geolocation for language and server routing.
- Precise location only with explicit consent.
2. HOW WE USE DATA
We use collected information to:
- Operate and improve the Service,
- Personalize dialogue and emotional responses,
- Detect abuse including harassment and non‑consensual likeness use,
- Provide support, security alerts, billing and subscription notices,
- Analyze behavior to improve service quality,
- Prevent misuse in NSFW and likeness scenarios.
We may use anonymized data for system training and security improvement.
3. BIOMETRIC & LIKENESS PROCESSING
Uploaded photos may contain biometric information. We do not identify users by biometrics except to:
- verify age for NSFW content,
- confirm likeness rights when a complaint is filed.
You may request deletion of biometric content at any time.

We use cookies for login, stability, crash diagnostics, analytics, and personalization. You may disable cookies in device/browser settings.
5. INFORMATION SHARING
We DO NOT sell personal data.
We may share it only with:
- Hosting providers,
- Verification & moderation systems,

- Rights holders filing likeness/copyright claims.

7. OPT‑OUT OPTIONS
You may disable analytics, cookies, ad identifiers in device settings. Removing the app stops future data collection.
8. VERIFIABLE REQUESTS
Verification may require identity confirmation. Unverified requests may be denied to protect user accounts.

9. DATA RETENTION
Data is retained only as needed for app functionality, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and dispute resolution.

We use encryption, multi‑layer access restriction, monitoring, and periodic audits. No system is 100% secure; users assume risk.

15. NSFW & REAL‑PERSON LIKENESS CONTROL
- NSFW generation involving identifiable people requires consent.
- Public profiles containing likeness may be reported.
- Verified likeness/copyright claims trigger immediate takedown review.
16. REPORT & TAKEDOWN RIGHTS
Any person may report misuse via profile report tool or email. Content may be suspended pending review.
17. BURDEN OF PROOF
Users generating likeness‑based content must prove consent if challenged. Failure may result in deletion and account restriction.
18. DATA BREACH RESPONSE
In case of a breach, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities according to legal requirements.
19. DATA MINIMIZATION
We collect only what is necessary for operation and safety. Photos may be deleted after generation unless required for legal retention.
